Hello! Here is some info about my plush commissions.

General Things to Know

  • I make both creature (animal, pokemon, etc.) and human (ONLY chibi styles for humans: sitting, standing ,nesoberi, etc)
  • I do have a style for my plushies! It tends to be slightly chibi-fied. Bigger head, eyes, cute style. Do ask if you want anything different.
  • I work on commissions in the order they arrive. I will update you periodically thru your preffered method (usually discord). You can also ask for updates at any point and i ll tell you the situation!
  • Just for having a base price, all my plushies start at $180 USD! More details + bigger size + tons of colors etc = More expensive (because more work..)
  • The cost of each plushie is divided into: my work (the plush) + materials + shipping.
  • IMPORTANT! My plush style is also more on the cuddly huggable size and stuffing (so not super firm, and a size either sitting or standing at around 30cm./12in.) I DID use to make more firm plushies , some are on my gallery. I do not makes these anymore unless you specifically ask. As of October 2023 all my plushies will be Cuddle Style and 30cm as a base size. If you want a firm plushie, you have to request it. Otherwise i will just do the normal thing for me.

Terms of Service

    GENERAL

    My plushies are only for personal use

    Not meant for children or animals.

    You don't have my permission to replicate the pattern used on your plush.

    You need to be 18 years or older, or have a parent/guardian perform transactions with me to commission.

    COMMISSION PROCESS

    Before any payment, if necessary, i will give you a digital sketch of how i figure your plush will look like in my style, and how it will be constructed (like if some pieces shoudl be flat or stuffed.)

    At this stage, we will also discuss any preferences, materials, colors, etc. I use minky, velboa, fleece or faux fur in my plushies, with details on felt, fleece or flannel. Tell me if you have a preference on type of fabric for all/parts of the plush!

    I work on plush-work on weekdays (mexico city time).

    All my work is handsewn (no machine for now! will change if updated). So please understand it is much more work and time than if i had a machine.

    I will send you WIPS all throughout the process. You can also request updates at any point. You can also point out any changes needed; but be reasonable: don´t request a complete overhaul when im almost done! try to point out any changes at the SKETCH phase.

    I try to make the plush as accurate to MY SKETCH that i present to you. If you feel something is not coming along quite like the sketch, please point it out to me! i wont get mad ahah. id really appreciate it!! Making sure you are happy with the result is my number one priority.

    PAYMENT

    Refunds are only avaliable in the sketch phase. If i already purchased materials but havent started, i can only refund the cost minus the materials. If i already started, refund is not possible.

    I take either Wise or Paypal for payment. Wise is much preffered, but Paypal is OK. Prices are always in USD unless i state otherwise.

    TIME OF COMPLETION

    It takes me up to 1 month to complete a plush once i start. This means i have to have the materials ready and finish any othe rprojects before. I will tell you an estimated start time before any payment is made.

    If any important circumstance happens that delays my time, i will make sure to tell you.

    SHIPPING

    I will tell you when your plush is shipped and give you the tracking info.

    I prefer to NOT ship to EUROPE, or AUSTRALIA. Shipping costs get super high! (in the 100's for a small package.) You can still ask, or if you're willing to pay shipping, go for it! But putting this here as a fair warning.

    From the moment I entrust the package to the shipping company (i usually use UPS but we can discuss DHL, Fedex, or any other), I am not responsible for what may happen to it during the delivery. There is therefore no refund possible from my side.

    *Note that i havent had any plush lost or otherwise not arrived to their intended owner! They all have arrived safe and sound. So please dont worry. I will make ay effort to get your plush to you if the package is considered lost or otherwise delayed, call whoever i need to, but understand i'm not the one personally shipping it.

    The shipping charges don't include any possible import duties, customs fees, taxes and similar surcharges that may apply in any country. I have no control over those and they will be the entire responsibility of the person placing the order. I won't pay any of these, and they are not included in the shipping costs.
